The Samsung SPH A660 (Sprint) Cell Phone
Smart looking and sleek in design the Samsung SPH A660 cell phone looks and feels great. It's color screen is crisp, vivid and the menu interface could not be easier to use. The keys are also well designed and spaced out and there is also a volume rocker on the side that doubles as a menu.
What's different about the Samsung SPH A600 cell phone is it's unique and useful phone book. In one entry you can associate it with a birthday, a Web site, an e-mail address, and up to five numbers. You can also assign a contact to one of three calling groups and designate a picture, a ring tone, or a label for use with caller ID. Entering new numbers is also really simple
In addition, this mobile also provides voice recognition. There are six different options for you to play around with:
- Status - The phone will respond with the signal and battery life
- Name Dial will place a call to a contact from your phone book
- Digit Dial - Will dial a new contact by its phone number
- Voice Memo & Phone Book – This will open those respective features
- My Phone Number - Will prompt the handset to say your phone number.
With the Samsung SPH A600 cell phone you can also use Sprint PCS Vision to surf the net for news, weather, sports, and other information. Naturally you'll also be able to download wallpapers, ring tones, screensavers, and Java (J2ME) games and applications to customize and personalize your phone as you like. Performance wise the audio quality of the mobile phone has times when it's not as clear as I would like buts definitely more than just passable.
