The Samsung SGH E316 (AT&T Wireless)Cell Phone
An upgrade, the Samsung SGH E316 is a compact cell phone with an internal as well as external color screen. Small and stylish, this mobile phone is also highly functional.
One of the main features of the Samsung SGH E316 cell phone is its camera. It's surprisingly good for a mobile camera and it automatically adjusts for lighting producing fairly high quality pictures. Unfortunately sharing your pictures won't be that easy because the phone doesn't have a USB port. Instead you'll have to use a wireless connection to transfer pictures and other miscellaneous files. Thankfully the GPRS network from AT&T Wireless is fast and easy to use.
For those who aren't familiar with cell phones, the menu interface for the Samsung SGH E316 should put you at ease. It's very well designed and user friendly enough that just about anyone can pick it up and start using it. The mobile also has a large number of customization options for you to enjoy. You can change the cell phone's background, ringtones, backlight timer and even the menu layout. The customizations settings were also easier to use than expected.
Overall the Samsung SGH E316 is a fairly impressive cell phone and the only complaint is its audio quality is lacking. The mobile has a speakerphone option but the sound is really not very clear. When I tried to turn the volume up the sound seems to become more distorted than clear. So it's probably better if you skipped this feature altogether. Other than its lack of sound quality the phone is excellent. Service and reception with AT&T Wireless was strong in most areas and calls were not dropped. Overall this cell phone is easy to use and carry around. In addition it just looks and feels great!
