The Samsung SGH S307 (Cingular Wireless) Cell Phone
The Samsung SGH S307 is a tiny cell phone that is small yet comfortable to use. It's a solid phone that looks small and fragile but in fact is pretty durable. The minor weakness of its size though is that you might have a problem with the vibrate function. People have been known to miss calls when the mobile is on silent because the vibration status just isn't strong enough due to the phone's size.
It's a cell phone that has most of the standard features. The Samsung SGH S307 is fitted with the usual WAP browser, text messaging, T9 predictive-text, J2ME games, a to-do list and so on. Its phone book is above average with the ability to store up to 500 contacts (three numbers and an email address for each entry). The mobile also has a great phone book navigation feature where with just two buttons you will have one touch access to the list of names in your phonebook.
If you like a phone that you can play around with and customize then you'll like the Samsung SGH S307 cell phone. From wallpapers to ringtones to greeting messages, menu styles and even function tones, everything can be customized. And for more customizable fun you can even download additional wallpapers, ringtones and even sounds from the Cingular Wireless website when you set up an account with them. This Samsung S307 is great cell phone and the only thing that it may be lacking would be a speakerphone and the ability to take voice commands.
The reception of this phone however is only average. The audio quality of the calls is only so-so and would probably be nicer if it was clearer. Also there were times when the calls went straight to voice mail even for no reason at all. Cingular Wireless usually has a good service but it's a little more sporadic with the Samsung SGH S307 for some reason.
