The Nokia 6200 (AT&T Wireless) Cell Phone
A pioneer in the mobile phone industry, the Nokia 6200 is the first cell phone to have Enhanced Data rate for GSM Evolution (EDGE). It's a classically styled phone with some of the best features the wireless communications industry has to offer.
Apart from the new features, Nokia has retained some of the excellent features of the past. They include java capability (which means that you can download J2ME games and applications), a FM radio with loudspeaker as well as MMS messaging capabilities. File sharing is of course made easy through the mobile phone's infrared port. Or if GPRS is your thing, feel free to hop onto the AT&T Wireless network to send out your emails or to surf the internet.
The sound quality of the Nokia 6200 cell phone is exceptionally good. Whether its ringtones, alerts or music from your built in FM radio it all comes through loud and clear. The phone is also equipped with a loudspeaker and sounds that come through are loud and clear from a reasonable end. You'll have no problems with calls that's for sure. Signal strength with AT&T Wireless is also strong and you should have no problems with the reception.
There are downfalls to this phone though and its biggest one is its memory space. There just isn't enough space for all the java applications, ringtones, games, pictures messages and emails that you hope to store and you'll find yourself deleting a lot of things from this phone just to free up memory space.
Other than that the Nokia 6200 is an excellent piece of work. Affordably priced and even cheaper with an account with AT&T Wireless, it certainly stands out as one of the better cell phones around.
