House OKs ban on cell phones for teen drivers (Louisville Courier-Journal)
A bill that would prohibit teenagers from using Cell Phones while driving passed the House yesterday. House Bill 46, sponsored by Rep. Rick Nelson, D-Middlesboro, would make it illegal for anyone under age 18 to use a cell phone or pager while operating a motor vehicle, motorcycle or mo-ped.
