The LG VX4500 Cell Phone
Some would say that the LG VX4500 cell phone from LG Electronics is a mixed bag of goodies and they wouldn't be wrong. While some of its features truly stand out and make the phone exceptional, there are also missing features that are relatively important. Still, its set at an affordable price for those who aren't looking for too much in a mobile phone.
Not particularly stylish in design, the LG VX4500 mobile is in a word bulky. You'll need a bigger pocket to fit it in but thankfully it doesn't feel too awkward when you're holding it to your face. However what it lacks on the outside it makes up for on the inside. When you flip it open you'll see a gorgeous 65k color display screen and a well made keypad. The menu interface is also unique, easy to use and very fast once you get a hang of their shortcuts.
Considered a mid-range mobile phone, the LG VX4500 comes with a decent amount of features. It has a large phone book, sends out text messages, stores voice memos and allows for caller ID customization. Do note though that the cell particularly shines when it comes to voice commands and recording. And finally it is GPRS enabled so feel free to do some wireless web browsing on the VX4500.
Whether I was using the regular call function or the speakerphone, I would say that the LG VX4500 is made to talk. Calls were pleasingly clear and I hardly had to deal with dropped calls at all. Battery life however was a different story. It's got a nice amount of talk time but the standby time really could use a buff. In conclusion, the LG VX4500 is a pretty nice phone but it suits the casual mobile users more.
