The Kyocera KX414 Phantom (U.S. Cellular) cell Phone
A solidly constructed cell phone, the Kyocera KX414 Phantom from U.S. Cellular is pretty good. It's a basic low end model for mobile phone users who aren't looking a lot. Well priced and easy to use, it's a decent phone but in no way exceptional.
The simplicity and functionality of the phone makes it easy for you to fall in love with the Kyocera KX414 cell phone. Firstly, the keypad is well designed and easy to use. Nicely spaced out you won't have to worry about pressing the wrong number ever again. I also have to shout out about the speed dial buttons on the mobile phone. You can actually program up to 99 phone numbers on your speed dial. How awesome is that? Just press 1 to call home, or press 1 and then 8 to call a friend who's number is on speed dial number 18!
Part of the Phantom series, the KX414 has most of the basic features such as a large phone book, customizable wallpapers, ringtones and themes, interchangeable faceplates, wireless web access and even voice dialing. This cell phone is also good for sending out text messages and email. It has predictive text as well as the ability add new words into your mobile phone's dictionary.
Signal strength on the Kyocera KX414 Phantom is superb with U.S Cellular. I could make calls from the basement and even car parks with no problems at all. Sadly the phone's battery is rather weak and there have already been several complaints about it. So if you're the kind who likes to chat a lot on your mobile phone, you might want to skip the Kyocera KX414.
